No, the little dots aren't moskitos ... it's just that towards the horizon, the sky was getting a bit darker (maybe I haven't chosen the best solution to show that).

A little late on commenting, but I wanted to say that I think the little dots are a perfect solution. I hope you keep using them. I like the pattern in the Monte Cristo drawing as well. Good Stuff!!
